CAG & ICSSR will be organising a Colloquium on State of the Finances of Telangana and Health Sector of Telangana on 25th February 2026 that will bring together a visionary panel led by Prof. Bibhu Prasad Nayak, TISS Hyderabad, Dr. V N Sarma Jana, Former Professor, University of Hyderabad, Prof. (Retd.) T. Tirupati Rao, Council Member, ICSSR & Former Vice Chancellor, Osmania University, Smt. P. Madhvi, Principal Accountant General (Audit) Telangana, and Dr. Sanjay Rao Kamineni, Senior Deputy Accountant General.  

This Colloquium will spotlight Telangana’s fiscal trajectory and its implications for health systems, equity, and long-term development drawing on audit findings and fiscal indicators to inform evidence-based policymaking and strengthen cooperative federalism.
