About the Editor
Professor M.L. Sondhi is Chairman, Indian Council of Social Science Research. He is Distinguished Scholar of Jawaharlal Nehru University. During his career he was served in the Indian Foreign Service and has been a Member of Parliament.
His scholarly interests cover a range of topics including peace and conflict, foreign policy analysis, strategic studies and parliamentary studies.
