A delegation from Dutch Research Council, NWO led by Prof. Wiebe Bijker, Chair of the Steering Committee of NWO-WOTRO Science for Global Development visited ICSSR and had a meeting with Prof. Dhananjay Singh, Member Secretary, ICSSR. The Steering Committee of NWO-WOTRO Science for Global Development is the responsible body within NWO for the bilateral research programmes with India.
The meeting was held to discuss the successful Indian-Dutch research cooperation in the Social Sciences & Humanities, and the long-running, sustainable partnership between ICSSR and NWO in the past. The delegation had a dialogue with ICSSR on the scientific and societal perspectives of joint research, scientific, and societal impact.
