It is capacity building programme initiated by ICSSR for its research institutes, Regional centre to strengthen their e-resource collection. Its objectives are:

• To strengthen the infrastructure of the research institutes for advancing knowledge in social sciences.
• To provide free access to full text high quality and scholarly e-journals and other research material which are required by ICSSR fraternity.
• To provide access to e-resources at a substantially reduced cost.
• To ensure provision of access to online full text database is a regular programme.
• To sustain the programme for a long period.
• To promote use of e-resources in ICSSR research institutes, regional centres and NASSDOC.

Following e-resources are being subscribed for them on demand basis.
