With the emergence of digital markets, businesses are losing geographical boundaries by connecting with customers at a global level. Digitalisation has enabled the exchange of information, products or services across borders with minimal restrictions on time and competitive prices. This book discusses the impact of digitalisation of markets on customer attitude, their buying behaviour, expectations and experience levels. This work also explores the role of electronic word-of-mouth (EWOM) in understanding customer behaviour, their satisfaction levels and in designing marketing strategies for ranking and selection purposes.
