Amrit Kaal Vimarsh Lecture Series: Viksit Bharat@2047

As a part of the public policy initiatives aimed at the transformation of the nation into a developed economy, it has been a subject of public discourse over the last few years. In the context of the development achievements thus far in the Amrit Kaal and the vision of becoming a developed nation by 2047, there is a necessity to think and discuss the overall inclusive and equitable growth and development in the various sectors in the campuses of our academic institutions.  The Amrit Kaal has witnessed many initiatives with respect to government schemes and public policy initiatives. Sankalp Se Siddhi has appeared as one of the mantras in this Amrit Kaal to achieve the successful implementations of developmental schemes. The processes, impacts and result of these developmental actions, require academic engagements to review and reimagine them in the context of Viksit Bharat@2047’.

It is in this context that ICSSR, through its Regional Centres/Research Institutes, is proposing to support Colleges/Universities in different parts of the country in organizing a Lecture Series on the theme “Amrit Kaal Vimarsh: Viksit Bharat@2047”.
