Declaration of Results of Research Projects (Major/Minor) 2022-2023

Dear Applicants,

1.      We are happy to inform you that following are the lists of applicants whose proposals have been provisionally approved by the relevant expert committees of the ICSSR for Major and Minor Research Projects for the year 2022-23. Award letters to these applicants shall be sent by email for completing the formalities in this connection.

2.       The awardees, on receipt of their provisional award letters, shall have to submit the following documents, duly forwarded through the competent authority of the University/Institute where they have affiliated their project, within a week from the date of the provisional award letter:
a)      Undertaking (on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/-)
b)      Declaration (on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/-)
c)      Date of commencement of the study 
d)      Original forwarding Letter duly signed/stamped by statutory authority
e)      Grant-in-aid bill duly filled in for the first instalment
f)       12 B status of the affiliating Institute

3.      ICSSR does not issue any regret letters to the non-awardees of the current year. However, they may apply against the next call in the next financial year.

4.      The ICSSR Research Projects Grant’s terms and conditions and monitoring shall be as per Guidelines and communications in this regard. 

5. In some cases scholar (s) names are appearing in more than one place in the list of awardees of Major Projects or Minor Projects under the mentioned schemes of the ICSSR. Such scholars are requested to choose only one amongst them and inform us immediately about the same by email within three-four days.

After receipt and acceptance of these documents by ICSSR, a formal Sanction Order for the Research Project  grant will be issued and subsequently the project grant shall be transferred through PFMS to the concerned affiliating institution.
