Virtual Signing Ceremony of MoU between ICSSR and Institute of Oriental Studies, Russia, 10 June 2021

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) and Institute of Oriental Studies (IOS), Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow was signed virtually by Prof. V K Malhotra, Member Secretary, ICSSR and Dr A.K Alikberov, Director, Institute of Oriental Studies today i.e. June 10, 2021. The signing ceremony was held at the Embassy of India in Moscow and attended by HE Mr. D. B. Venkatesh Varma, Ambassador of India to The Russian Federation and officials from Embassy and the ICSSR.
