Short Term Empirical Research Projects
ICSSR invited proposals from Indian scholars/researchers/academicians for short-term projects of 6 months duration on selected schemes and policy initiatives of the government. In response to the call, total 3801 applications were received. After the completion of rigorous selection process 515 projects were finally awarded to the researchers from the length and breadth of Bharat. The breakdown of the category wise applications received and projects allotted is as follows: -
