Announcement of Awardees for ICSSR Collaborative Empirical Research Project on Jal Jeevan Mission (2024-25)

Dear Applicants,
We are pleased to announce the list of applicants whose proposals have been provisionally approved by the expert committees of ICSSR for the Collaborative Empirical Research Proposals on the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) for 2024-25. Provisional award letters will be sent to these applicants via email to complete the required formalities.
Upon receiving their provisional award letters, the awardees must submit the following documents, duly endorsed by the competent authority of their affiliated University/Institute, on or before 10th December 2024.
- 1. Duly notarized undertaking by the Project Coordinator on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/-
- 2. Duly notarized declaration by the project Coordinator on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/-
- 3. Original forwarding Letter duly signed/ stamped by statutory authority of the institute
- 4. Grant-in-aid bill (Pre-receipt) duly filled in for the first instalment
- 5. Letter/ certificate regarding 12 B/2F status of the affiliating Institute and a proof of institution’s eligibility to receive the public grant
- 6. Duly filled PFMS form
- 7. Photocopy of Ph.D. Degree certificate of both Project Director and Co-Project Director
- 8. Photocopy of Appointment Order / Employment Letter of Project Director
- 9. Photocopy of Memorandum of Appointment / Appointment Order / Employment Letter / Proceedings copy of the Appointment in case of Applicants (Project Director / Co-PD) those who are working in private institutions and other than Govt. Institutions
The terms, conditions, and monitoring of the ICSSR Research Projects Grant shall adhere to the guidelines and communications provided in this regard by ICSSR.
After receipt and acceptance of these documents by ICSSR, a formal Sanction Order for the Research Project grant will be issued and subsequently the project grant shall be transferred through PFMS to the concerned affiliating institution
